This is Erza Scarlet, an armour mage from Fairy Tail. It's only a manga so far, but I'm really hoping that it'll be an anime as well soon. There aren't many coloured versions of her, so I took the average colours from all of them. The flag pole is from the recent chapter 102, so the colours for those could be anything, so I had to guess.
